The Telegraph reports in “Hats banned from Yorkshire pubs over CCTV fears” that

Pubs in Yorkshire have been ordered to ban people fro wearing flat caps or other hats so troublemakers can be more easily recognised.

Commenters who threaten anyone while here because they are not smart enough to come up with a better answer will have some due diligence done on them. Foul mouthed lefty posters beware.
