kill the Christian, Kill All The White People, is Ed Stelmach Christian? Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission say it’s ok!!
Posted by dinosaur under Big Government , Christianity , Free SpeechLuckily this isn’t real hate like Rev. Stephen Boissoin saying “Think about it, children as young as five and six years of age are being subjected to psychologically and physiologically damaging pro-homosexual literature and guidance in the public school system; all under the fraudulent guise of equal rights.”
He should have said kill the homosexuals then it would have been ok according to the Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission maybe made a record. Then they would have dropped it as frivolous too. Remember they are not biased, just ask them.

COMPLAINANT

MUSIC WORLD LTD., HMV CANADA, AND
The lyrics were read into the record by the complainant and were as follows:
Kill The Christian
You are the one we despise
Day in day out your words compromise lies
I will love watching you die
Soon it will be and by your own demise
Buried in hypocrisy
Lacerate your faith in God
Morally diseased
On the cross of Calvary your body bashed defeated stabbed
Blessing as you hate
Loyal to your enemies
Monetary faith
As him you will pay for the lies of your prophecy
Satan wants you dead
Kill the Christian, kill the Christian
Kill the Christian, kill the Christian
Kill the Christian, kill the Christian, kill the Christian
Armies of darkness unite
Destroy their temples and churches with fire
Where in this world will you hide
Sentenced to death, the anointment of Christ
In due time your path leads to me
Put you out of your misery
The death of prediction
Kill the Christian
Kill the Christian, dead!
The complainant testified the curiosity prompted him to purchase the compact disc.

The complainant also played for the panel a CD by Type O Negative entitled “Bloody Kissesâ€, particularly a song entitled “Kill All the White People†which lyrics were read into evidence as follows:Kill All The White People
Kill all the white people
Then we’ll be free
The complainant testified these CD’s are available where music is sold and do not carry an advisory label, which in the view of the complainant was simply a disclaimer for distributors.
The complainant testified that as a Christian, a white person and as an artist, he feels he has as many rights as the rest of the public. Further that he has a responsibility to the community at large to take a stand on what he considers to be discriminatory action by the distributors.…
I therefore see no requirement to address the issue of freedom of opinion with regard to the offending material, and hereby dismiss the complaints.

they could add a line
Kill All The White People
Kill all the white people
Then we’ll be free
like Zimbabwe,
where they drove whitey off the land
now a million will not buy food, a can
millions of blacks now are fleeing
not just whitey dying and leaving
I would say it’s obvious that if Boissoin’s quip can be categorized as hate than so can HMV pushing ha record that encourages murder on an unsuspecting public. Does Boissoin even come close to that no0 but then he was dealing with a terribly bigoted organization that has a deep hatred of all things Christian and well this is Canada who cares about whites its every good HRC’s job to make sure too many are not hired.
If you hate the right people HRC’s will pat you on the back.
